It is the user's responsibility to understand and obey all laws regarding emergency warning devices' use and application. The user should check all applicable city, state, and/or federal laws and regulations in order to ensure compliance. SpeedTech Lights Inc. assumes no liability for any loss resulting from the use of the warning lights and products. Proper installation is vital to the performance of the warning devices and the safe operation of the vehicle. SpeedTech Lights upholds the right to adjust or change its policies and/or pricing at any given time without notice. SpeedTech Lights reserves the right to make improvements and upgrades without notice. No dealer, distributor, employee, or individual of the company is authorized to change the return or warranty policy or the conditions of the SpeedTech Lights warranty.
Processing times for shipments vary according to the shipping service selected.

Shipping services are provided by UPS or carrier of STL’s choosing. SpeedTech Lights Inc. is not responsible for delayed shipments caused by UPS due to its company holidays or weather delays. Please be aware, all refused packages will have the return shipping costs deducted from any refund/exchange.
We have a very thorough process in our Shipping Department. Your order is gathered, boxed, serial numbered, scanned, and placed appropriately in the box while still on the scale to ensure that all of your items are in the box and the weight is accurate. SpeedTech Lights ships orders via UPS. Standard shipping delivery time varies by geographic location.
The preferred carrier for international shipments is UPS Worldwide Express Saver, Worldwide Expedited, and Standard. Brokerage fees are prepaid with UPS Worldwide Express Saver and Worldwide Expedited. An additional customs fee may also be assessed by your local government. All International orders are shipped via UPS or another logistics company of SpeedTech Lights’ choosing. Customs fees are to be paid by the Customer at the point of entry into the country before goods can be delivered. Customs fees include, but are not limited to, Brokerage, Duties, and Taxes. Customs Charges are assessed by the Government of the country in which the goods enter.
A tracking number will be provided via email from SpeedTech Lights through UPS with an estimated delivery date. A delivery Confirmation e-mail will be sent via UPS once your package is delivered. Signature requirement is an option upon checkout. Transit time varies by geographic location, and shipping service.
There is NO signature requirement; therefore, it is your responsibility to be present when your package is delivered.

UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver a shipment with a signature requirement. If you are not available by the 3rd attempt, UPS will return the package and you will incur additional shipping charges before it can be reshipped.
Orders that are on backorder and have been partially shipped, will be shipped UPS SurePost or Ground, regardless of shipping service selected. Orders that have not been partially shipped and the full order remains on backorder will ship according to the shipped service selected.
Free Shipping Promo:
SpeedTech Lights offers free sure post or shipping on orders over $89 that ship within the 48 contiguous United States. Full lightbars, 36"+ are excluded from this offer, however we have heavily discounted the shipping costs to a flat rate of $9.99 for each lightbar. Promo code required at the time of purchase.
While we offer free shipping on most items on our website, free shipping may not apply to some clearance items, outlet items, sale items, reconditioned items, and/or bundle packages, oversized or special order items. When applicable, these charges will be noted on the product page or arranged at the time of sale.
Damaged shipments must be reported to SpeedTech Lights within 24 hours. Failure to do so may invalidate your claim.
Missing shipments or items must be reported to SpeedTech Lights the DAY your items are delivered to you via UPS. Any claim of a missing item or shipment will require a police report.
SpeedTech Lights is not responsible for missing packages that are verified and reported as delivered through the UPS GPS Network.
SpeedTech Lights must be notified of any returns for store credit or exchange within sixty days of receipt of merchandise. All return merchandise must be authorized by a SpeedTech Lights representative. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return/Exchange form and Return Merchandise Authorization number. All returns exceeding the seven day return policy are subject to store credit, only with the approval of a supervisor and issuance of a RMA number.
SpeedTech Lights must be notified of any returns for refund or exchange within seven days of receipt of merchandise. Returns for a refund must be post marked as shipped no later than the seventh day of delivery for a refund. If the return is shipped after the seventh day it will be eligible for store credit only. All return merchandise must be authorized by a SpeedTech Lights representative. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return/Exchange form and Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns with the request of a refund must be in the original condition or will be subject to a restocking fee and/or service fee for the repair of products made defective by the customer in any way. If items are returned outside of original condition or packaging, it will no longer be eligible for a refund, but will be eligible for store credit only, minus any fees. Return shipments must be in the original packaging, with sufficient wrapping, in order to avoid damage to the unit. Failure to do so may result in a restocking fee, voiding of warranty, and/or an additional charge for the damage repair. Shipping costs of all returned merchandise to SpeedTech Lights will be borne by the customer, including return shipping on exchanges. Rejected packages will be issued a refund minus all shipping costs. If an STL Discounted/Free Shipping Coupon is used for purchase in a returned order, then shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount of that product/order. We highly recommend that our customers insure all return merchandise. All returns must be packaged securely to avoid damages and potential fees. Customer is responsible for the condition in which the item is received.
All refunds for products within the seven day return policy will be returned to the credit card used for the original purchase, and NO refunds will be issued on shipping, priority processing, customization costs, or replacement parts. Refunds are issued within 5 - 10 business days from the date of arrival of your return. Your refund will appear back on your card within 3 – 4 business days depending on your financial institution. No dealer, distributor, employee, or individual of the company is authorized to change this return/exchange policy or the conditions of the SpeedTech Lights warranty.
Any orders placed within seven days of initiation of a Sale, may receive the price difference in store credit. In order to receive store credit, the customer must call SpeedTech Lights within 7 days of original purchase.
Havis® Return Policy
Havis® offers return items for credit or replacement within the first 30 days from the date of shipment from Havis. If the box has been opened, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the credit amount. Any request made for the return of an item outside of the 30 day window will not be accepted. If the return is valued to be under $50, the return will not be authorized.
When returning items, please ensure the equipment is packaged appropriately (as it was received) to ensure full credit is issued. All items being returned are subject to an inspection and may be accepted or rejected at the discretion of the inspector.
Docking stations that are returned and have been determined to have been installed will not receive credit. Should a return be rejected by the inspector, the reseller will have (30) days to determine course of action. If no reply from the reseller is received within (30) days, items will be disposed of accordingly and no credit will be given.
Coupons, Specials, and Promotions
SpeedTech Lights reserves the right to refund transactions that have had multiple coupon codes applied to the order. Each coupon, special, or promotion must be added at the time of purchase. Each coupon, special, or promotion cannot be combined with any other coupon, special, or promotion unless otherwise stated by SpeedTech Lights within the promotion. Coupon codes do not apply to clearance items, outlet items, sale items, reconditioned items, and/or bundle packages, or special order items. SpeedTech Lights reserves the right to collect additional payment when necessary for orders that payment has not been fully collected due to a bug or glitch on the website during the time of purchase. No warranty is included on any and all FREE/GIVEAWAY items/products. SpeedTech Lights reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Introducing the STL Rewards Program. Get rewarded for being an STL customer! Simply create an account and automatically begin accruing points to redeem for cash discounts on future purchases.
Government POs and STL Dealers are not eligible for participation in the Rewards Program.
Points will be accrued at a rate of 1 point for every dollar spent on STL purchases. Does not apply to Havis items, shipping, or tax amounts. All fractions of a dollar will be rounded down. Redeem points at a rate of $1 per 100 points collected.
As this program is automatically tracked through your STL account online, all orders must be submitted via your online account in order for your purchase to be eligible for point collection. POINTS FOR PURCHASES ALREADY SUBMITTED CAN NOT BE RETROACTIVELY ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
Points will expire one year from date of purchase.
The Referral Program is offered by SpeedTech Lights as a method to refer others to SpeedTech Lights in return for reward points via the SpeedTech Lights Rewards Program. These terms and conditions apply to both referrers and referred users. Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as well as those for the Rewards Program.
Referrer Eligibility: In order to be eligible to participate in the Referral Program as a referrer, you must have a SpeedTech Lights account. SpeedTech Lights reserves the right to deny and/or terminate accounts and/or access to the referral program at any time.
Once enrolled in the Referral Program, SpeedTech Lights will provide a Referral Code for account holders to refer friends and family to SpeedTech Lights. Once the Referral Code is used upon checkout, the referrer will receive 500 Reward Points applied to their account that can be used toward future purchases. Some restrictions may apply.
SpeedTech Lights reserves the right to withhold or deduct Referral Rewards obtained through the Referral Program at any time.
No Spamming. You agree that you will not spam anyone with invitations. The following specific activities are prohibited: -Mass emailing, texting, or messaging -Use of automated systems to promote your referral code -Posting referral codes on event or venue pages without permission.
No Misrepresentations. You agree that you will not attempt to mislead anyone in connection with the Referral Program. You agree that you will not: -Impersonate any person or entity -Create fake or fraud accounts, pages, blogs, website, etc. -Misrepresent your relationship with SpeedTech Lights Prohibited Content. You agree that you will not use the SpeedTech Lights brand in connection with offensive or abusive language, actions, entities, or in any violation of someone else's privacy. Users can not earn Referral Rewards for referring themselves. If you violate any of these restrictions, SpeedTech Lights may, in its discretion, void your eligibility to participate in the Referral Program, and/or deny you any Referral Rewards earned via the Referral Program.
In the event you elect, in connection with any of the web services, to communicate to SpeedTech Lights Inc. any data, comments, suggestions, and/or other information relating to improvements to SpeedTech Lights Inc.'s web services, the materials, or the marks (collectively, "feedback"), SpeedTech Lights Inc. shall own all right, title, and interest in and to the Feedback without restriction or further compensation to you. All inventions, product improvements, modifications, or developments conceived or made by SpeedTech Lights Inc. based wholly or partially on your feedback, will be the exclusive property of SpeedTech Lights Inc. You hereby irrevocably assign all right, title, and interest in and to the feedback to SpeedTech Lights Inc., and agree to provide such assistance as SpeedTech Lights Inc. may require in documenting, perfecting, and maintaining its right to the feedback.
Product Review Guidelines:
SpeedTech Lights, Inc. (“STL”) wants to hear about what you think of our products and services. By accessing and/or utilizing our Product Reviews, you agree to STL’s Terms & Conditions and to abide by each of the terms and conditions contained in these Guidelines, which may be amended, restated, or modified from time to time. These Guidelines apply to any and all content (including but not limited to text, images, video, and links) that you submit to STL and actions you take (such as placing a number of stars on a product and/or service review or providing content on a product and/or service) when utilizing STL’s Product Reviews. These Guidelines also apply to your interactions with other users of the Website, regardless of whether such other users post product and/or service reviews.
Feedback regarding the services of STL, including but not limited to shipping, packaging, customer service, and similar topics should not be placed on a product review, but should instead be directed to Feedback@SpeedTechLights.com. Comments about pricing, product availability, ordering options, shipping options, and alternative products by others are not considered to be about the product and may not be approved at STL’s sole and absolute discretion.
Your participation in STL’s Product Reviews must always be respectful of others. In order to eliminate confusion, and as an elaboration of the foregoing:
You are not permitted to post content that is libelous, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or inflammatory on the Website. For example, the use of obscenities or profanity, and expressions of hatred or intolerance for people on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender or gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, age, or disability, including promoting organizations with such views, is strictly prohibited.
You may not post any content that is obscene, pornographic, lewd, or which contains nudity or sexually explicit content or images.
You may not post any content that invades any other person’s privacy. This includes, but is not limited to, posting information about another person’s name, phone number, email address, mailing address, work address, or other personal information of any kind or nature. Additionally, you are prohibited from posting links to any phishing or malware sites.
You are prohibited from impersonating any other person, whether an individual or a business entity on the Website.
You are prohibited from sending harassing messages or posting reviews in a manner that STL determines to be intended to harass any person, including but not limited to STL.
You are prohibited from posting multiple product reviews on a single product.
You are prohibited from posting reviews on any product that you did not purchase.
You are prohibited from engaging in any kind of name-calling or attacking any person based on whether you agree with them.
Promotions of Other Products:
You are expressly prohibited from promoting any competing products. Reviews of this nature may not be approved at STL’s sole and absolute discretion. Specifically, and without limiting the foregoing, you are prohibited from:
- Posting, creating, or modifying content regarding your (or your relative’s, friend’s, business associate’s, or business affiliate’s, or employer’s) products and/or services.
- Posting content regarding any competitor to STL’s products and/or services.
Product Reviews and Feedback:
By submitting content of any kind as a Product Review, whether in the form of a rating, comment, or other form of feedback (“Feedback”), you grant STL permission to post such content on the Website, Social Media, or for any other marketing purposes. You give SpeedTech Lights permission to use the name provided upon submission of the Feedback on the Website. You are prohibited from providing a false, incorrect, or inaccurate email address, false or inaccurate name(s), and false or inaccurate impressions as Feedback. You are further prohibited from providing misleading and/or confusing information when submitting your Feedback to STL. STL expressly reserves the right to review, investigate, approve, disapprove, post, refuse to post, remove, or edit Feedback that you provide on the Website in relation to any product or products. STL’s right to review, investigate, approve, disapprove, post, refuse to post, remove, or edit Feedback includes, but is not limited to, reviews, comments, and/or any other submission of content of any kind or nature through a Product Review. Any and all content that you provide as Feedback is neither confidential nor proprietary to you, and shall become the property of STL on a royalty-free worldwide basis. STL shall be free to use any content that you provide as Feedback in any way that STL desires in its sole and absolute discretion.
Content that is provided as Feedback must include a true and correct order number in order to be considered for approval by STL. Order numbers that cannot be found in the STL database are subject to disapproval at STL’s sole and absolute discretion. By submitting a Product Review and/or any content in the form of Feedback, you have agreed to these Guidelines. Additionally, and without limiting the foregoing, you hereby agree that the action of clicking any check box or other affirmation of these Guidelines shall constitute your signature on an agreement to be bound by these Guidelines.
