REFUND: 7 DAYS

Package must be post marked shipped by the seventh day, in new condition, with original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Items outside of original condition will be eligible for store credit and assessed a restocking fee based on the condition of the return. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers are required. Please call Customer Service for a RMA number. All returns whether for a refund or store credit may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

STORE CREDIT: 60 DAYS

CANCELLATIONS

All order cancellations must be done with a Customer Service Representative during business hours. Order cancellation is not guaranteed. All order cancelations need written confirmation via our Contact Us page by submitting an order cancellation ticket to cancel an order within the same business day. If an order has already been processed, it may not be canceled. Failure to cancel prior to shipping may result in shipping charges. Customized orders will not be refunded customization costs.

All Replacement Parts, Mounting Brackets, Clearance, and Refurbished items are a Final Sale, sold "As is". No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued.
