REFUND: 30 DAYS

Package must be postmarked shipped by the thirtieth day, in new condition, with original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Items outside of original condition will be eligible for store credit and may be assessed a restocking fee based on the condition of the return. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers are required. Please call Customer Service or submit a ticket on our Contact Us page for an RMA number.

CANCELLATIONS

All order cancellations need to be done with a customer service rep or via our Contact Us page by submitting an order cancellation ticket within the same business day of order placement. If an order has already been processed, it may not be canceled.
