STORE CREDIT: 60 DAYS

Package must be post marked shipped by the sixtieth business day, in new condition, with original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Items outside of original condition will be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the return. A return form and RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number are required. Please call Customer Service for a RMA number.

CANCELLATIONS

All order cancellations must be done with a Customer Service Representative during business hours. Failure to do so will result in shipping charges. Customized orders will not be refunded customization costs.
 
FINAL SALE

All Replacement Parts, Mounting Brackets, Clearance, and Refurbished items are a Final Sale, sold "As is". No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be issued.

Havis® RETURN POLICY

Havis® offers return items for credit or replacement within the first 30 days. If the box has been opened, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the credit amount. Any request made for the return of an item outside of the 30 day window will not be accepted. If the return is valued to be under $50, the return will not be authorized. Docking stations and other items that are returned and have been determined to have been installed will not receive credit.
