At more than an affordable price, the A+ Service provides each customer with a solid protection plan by including a personal, warranty verification code labled on each A+ product.
The features of the A+ Service include:

Currently our Full light bars come with a three-year warranty, while the majority of our products come with a one year warranty. With the A+ Service, any STL full light bars will include a six-year warranty and all other STL products will come with a two-year warranty.
• Priority Repair:
Defective LEDs? Faulty wires? control box? Under the A+ Service plan, we will repair your unit within 1-2 business days—therefore eliminating the headache of waiting weeks on end for the return of your emergency vehicle equipment.
• Free Return Shipping:
Never bear the cost of shipping again! If you ever need to send back a product for repair or replacement, one of our representatives will send you an electronic label with UPS.
• Upgraded Shipping:
Pay for Standard 5-7 day shipping with UPS, and we’ll automatically upgrade you to UPS express (3-4 day) shipping anyways under the A+ Service plan!
• Priority attention:

Under the A+ warranty plan, we will grant you one month of accidental damage. If you damage your unit within the first 30 days after your purchase,then our customer service representatives will work with you to guarantee priority repair.
